Cancellations
Where a cancellation is received 4 weeks before your stay commences, payments will be refunded. Where cancellations are made within 4 weeks of your stay commencing, no refunds will be made.

Arrival and Departure
The lodge will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please vacate the lodge by 11am on the morning of your departure. For guests staying for a weekend, Friday-Sunday, please vacate the lodge by 5pm on Sunday.

Included
Included in the rental is electricity, central heating, linen, towels and cleaning.

Excluded
Solid fuel for the stove is not supplied. This may be purchased locally.

Damage to Property
You are fully liable for any damage that may occur to the property or its contents. You are requested to inform the owner as soon as any such damage occurs.

Termination of Agreement
Where the person renting the lodge engages in unreasonable behaviour, is a nuisance to others or wilfully damages the property, the agreement to rent may be terminated immediately. In this instance rents paid will not be refunded.
